At A1 Cash and Carry, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our wholesale food products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our safety and hygiene standards.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and is not a perishable item, as fresh and frozen goods are final sale for food safety reasons.
- 2.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and invoice to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Prepare Documentation
Include a copy of your original receipt or digital invoice inside the return package to ensure accurate processing of your refund or exchange.
- 4.Return to Warehouse
Bring the items to your nearest A1 Cash and Carry location or arrange for a scheduled pickup if the return is due to a shipping error or manufacturer defect.
